How does one hold their centre in the face of an increasingly insane world and growing pressures?

In this episode, I dive into what it means to hold your centre and how vital it is to not lose faith and hope. It is an antidote to feeling powerless and helps keep your heart open. 

I share some of the personal practices that are helping me stay steady, open-hearted and optimistic for the changes I see coming.
