I believe that our purpose on Earth is to grow in love and consciousness and inspire others to do the same. We hear the cliched phrase "love and light" in spiritual circles, but what does it mean?
In this episode, I explore two practical ways to incorporate "love and light" into your life.
Firstly, your light is needed now more than ever. We light up the world by following what lights us up. By embracing what lights you up, you not only step onto your true path, but contribute to a brighter world.
Recent global events have deepened my sense of connection with others. It's making me slow down, be more aware of those around me, and find ways to share love, kindness and care.
Let's create a world where everyone can freely shine their own light.
