Gratitude is the frequency that opens you to miracles (no manifestation hacks required)
For years I tried to control what I “manifested"... the visualising, affirmations, journalling pages and pages of my ideal future as though it was happening right now... and yet, there was an undercurrent and energy of "I'm not complete until this happens'.
The striving and efforting masked an underlying sense of lack.
Then one day, I got swept up - literally - into co-leading a flood recovery effort, then helped form a charity that still supports people today.
That one unexpected event changed the trajectory of my life and business for the following six years.
Shaping me into the leader and person I am today.
Not only did I see how much we have to be grateful for, and how quickly things can shift beyond our control when disaster strikes.
But I also saw firsthand how Life has a way of unfolding in beautiful and unexpected ways, beyond what we can imagine or plan for ourselves.
Our task?
To get out of the god damn way.
There is always a current of good flowing our way - it's just that we unknowingly block the Divine blessings by the way we think and feel.

I've come to see that there is one frequency that opens the portal wide to receive what is meant for us without the need to control things...
and that's the frequency of gratitude.
Gratitude is the miracle frequency that shifts us immediately from scarcity to abundance; from striving and lack to wholeness and presence.
Gratitude is a sacred prayer of thanks for all we currently have...
acknowledging the blessings we have already received...
it switches our focus to the abundance we have, even when there is 'more' we desire.
More recently, I realised just how much power this frequency holds, and I decided to practice it more intentionally.
And not just by listing the things to be grateful for, but truly feeling my energy expand and shift with deep gratitude.
And not just when I was sitting in meditation... but throughout the day - when I was going for a walk; brushing my teeth; sitting on the train....
While the intention wasn't purely transactional (I'll do this God and I want to see a ROI), of course I was curious - what would show up? what evidence would I have that this works?
Within one month of this intentional focus, it was clear... gratitude works!
I received a free car... found $20 cash in public... got a pay rise... scored $2000 worth of clothes at the op shop for $18... had multiple dreams about being lucky... my coach spotlighted me to her audience via her social media and newsletter... another dear mentor of mine offered to share my work... I made a new friend who lives locally... so many blessings in just a month!
So many miracles put in motion because I opened the door to receive them.
