#61 - Embracing our shared humanity and our fight for justice

It's easy in this intense time to lose focus on our shared humanity, as we witness a rise in division, hate and wars.

More than ever, it's crucial to recognise our shared humanity and work compassionately towards a world where everyone is free, safe, and at peace.

In today's episode I speak about my experiences of the recent referendum and how I worked towards seeing our shared humanity, despite a divisive, nasty campaign. I also open up about the turmoil in Israel and Palestine.

Despite a predominantly western Governmental stance to stay silent on the war crimes happening against Palestinians, we must not lose sight of our shared humanity and do what we can to speak up for those who are oppressed.

Take good care of you beautiful - the world is intense. Stay aware of the bias in mainstream media, use your privilege to voice your dissent to your Government where possible, and always remember we are in this together.
