On my spiritual journey, I've come to see that while "love and light" are essential, they alone cannot create the positive change we yearn to see in the world. In this episode, I share the pivotal point at which I realised that love is not passive in the face of injustice, but the active force that can shape our world when put into action. Along with a little known story that proves our collective power.

Taking care of yourself doesn't mean you're turning a blind eye to the problems of the world; it means you're preparing yourself to be part of the solution. We need to see this as a marathon and replenish ourselves and look after one another along the way.
